We understand that life happens and that in many cases time will change circumstances. Therefore, we will not deny applicants solely on the basis of a past eviction.

We also believe in, and encourage, the growth and independence of the younger generation, so we offer temporary rent adjustment to assist first time renters with their security deposits. This allows first time renters to make a set payment monthly with a determined portion to be attributed to the security deposit until the deposit is paid in full. The payment amount is determined on a case by case basis.

First Family is a relatively young company, however, we are in association with competitive companies and will refer you if we cannot meet your needs.
